    UPDATE** no customer can checkout at all now, there is a grey box coming up “fancybox” and its not progressing. Any and all help is much appreciated

    Have you checked with your theme provider and ask if the theme will support the latest WP eCommerce version ?

    I also see in CHrome console that you have a javascript/jquery issue. Also if you look at the page source the wp e-commerce js file is at the end of the file which is weird since its loaded using proper WordPress code.

    From looking at the checkout page your problem is most likely the WP eCommerce theme files under your active theme directory which most likely are outdated and thats causing the issues.

    Change to a default theme like 2010 and test in that.
