update incorrect how to go back?

    I have wordpress set up under godaddy hosting. I received a word press message to update 2.3.2 zip. I unzipped and than ftp’d to wordpress on godady hosting. I ftp to the top level folder. when visiting my blog I get____Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/content/b/l/o/blogherbalife/html/index.php on line 2 this error-

    I backed up the blog before starting this. What is the best way to reverse this? Thanks in advanced.
