Can’t update Bento homepage header hero image

    Hi. I’m using the Bento theme and a month ago set a placeholder homepage header image. I’m trying to update this image now but I can’t seem to find how/where to do this.

    I’ve looked in the Bento help documents where it says that this can be changed via “Homepage Settings” in the Customizer panel but I can’t see “Homepage Settings” listed there.

    I installed the Elementor plugin since I first set the header image and am wondering if this could be the reason that “Homepage Settings” is now missing. I had originally tried using the bundled SiteOrigin Content Builder plugin but couldn’t get it to work with the WordPress editor.

    Any help with this would be really appreciated.

    I’m a novice, but in my customizer menu the Homepage settings is listed below “widgets”.

    Note, Satori studio aren’t responding to queries at the moment, as far as I can tell. You could try sending a direct message by email or in the form they provide, but I got no response.

    Thanks for replying. I noticed that there weren’t many recent responses from Satori after I’d posted so wasn’t holding out much hope of a reply from them.

    In the event I’ve ended up using a different theme and have managed to update my header that way.
