• It didn’t work for me. Doing an update from WP Control Panel resulted in Internal Server Error (500).
I have tried to contact StatComm but since there website is not working I’m not sure if their email works either. I have sent them an email but so far (3 days) no answer.

My solution was to digg up my latest WP backup and move over the “old” code again. No my site is working again.

    Hi PT,
sorry to hear didn’t work for you.
Currently the wpgetready site is under maintenance, but I suscribed to this forum to get the feedback.

I’m testing the plugin over 15 sites and the update seems to work fine on several scenarios. I would need (if possible) more information about your problem.

Are you unable to access your site after installing the plugin?
The only workaround I can think of is uninstall the plugin (without deleting the table) and re-installing.

I hope this helps, I’m going to see what happened with the emails you sent me.

    Thanks for your answer.
I moved over the old code from a backup so my site is up and running again. I will try the update again to see if this was a temporarily glitch. I’ll let you now either way!

I didn’t hear that Statcomm crashes any site before. But if but If you come across with that odd situation when installing the plugin , just rename the plugin folder to another different name. (stapress-community-formerly-stsatcomm to statcomm-deactivate for example)

WordPress will deactivate the plugin and you’ll avoid restoring entire site because of that. This trick will work with any plugin.

    Hope this help.
