Update from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 breaks custom themes

  • I’ve just updated from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 and now my custom theme does not work as intended anymore. All font is black (independent of syntax highlighting on or off) and I cannot change the text colors in the theme editor. The background colors are still the same and can be changed, but not the text colors.

The css file is located in wp-content/uploads/crayon-syntax-highlighter/themes/example/example.css.

  • I just figured it out myself. Seems I didn’t read the changelog carefully enough:

All language css classes are prefixed with “crayon-” to prevent conflicts

Would be nice if user-defined themes would update according to changes in the stock themes in the future!
