# Update for Raw HTML Pro?

* Greetings,
* I purchased Raw HTML Pro in January, and would like to find out if there have
been any updates since then. I got no response at [http://rawhtmlpro.com/updates/](http://rawhtmlpro.com/updates/),
and the email address from my original purchase bounced (“No such user here”).
* Could you let me know how to check for updates?

* The latest version was released sometime in June. It didn’t have any major changes,
just compatibility stuff and bug fixes. [Contact me](http://rawhtmlpro.com/contact/)
via email and I’ll send you a download link.

* Did the “Updates” page not load at all, or did it say something like “this address
doesn’t match our records” when you tried to enter your email? That can happen
if your PayPal email has changed since you bought the plugin or isn’t the same
as the email you usually use. Let me know what email you used and I’ll update
the customer database to accept it.

* Thanks for the quick response.
* The “Updates” page loaded without a problem, and confirmed it had sent an email
to the email I’d specified – but nothing arrived. I checked the original email
purchase; it was the same as that I’d tried on the “Updates” page. I tried (three
times!) to no avail. I guess that I’m insane (according to Albert Einstein 🙂

* Hmm, I’ve received a couple of similar reports recently. It sounds like at least
one email provider might be incorrectly flagging those emails as spam and filtering
them out. That’s something I’ll need to look into.
