Last time I had my dashboard open I noticed there some updates available, I ran them all but the one for Online Backup failed. I remembered that Online Backup needs me to change some permissions so I blew it off and figured I'd work on it later. Next time I tried to look at my WP dashboard it wouldn't load, I just get a white page with the below text. is there anything I can do to fix this or else apply the "online backup" that I have downloaded?

Warning: require_once(/virtual/users/e11243-11373/web/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/include/admin.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /virtual/users/e11243-11373/web/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/wponlinebackup.php on line 129

Interestingly I've just discovered that I can access the site through the WordPress Android app.

    Hi,

It is very strange I think the upgrade stuff in WordPress failed and some of the files are now missing.

You should go here and download the plugin again to your computer:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wponlinebackup/

Extract the ZIP file and you should get a folder called "wponlinebackup" and inside it files like "wponlinebackup.php" and "readme.txt"

What you need to do is login to your site via FTP and upload this "wponlinebackup" folder into "wp-content/plugins/" and overwrite the existing "wponlinebackup" folder and files.
Make sure to do the permissions things you needed to do again aftwards.

    Dashboard should start working then.
