    Hi – I am trying to update to the latest update and I get the following error:

    Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

    Can you please give me some advice on how to fix this because I really love using your plugin!

    Hi! I’m not sure what the problem could be with the file permissions, but could you try deactivating then deleting the plugin entirely and then reinstall it? Hopefully this will reset permissions. This will not affect the settings or existing invoices (note that this may not hold true for other plugins id you run into the same errors).
