    Got this message when trying to update Ignite Plus from Version 1.78 to 1.79:

    “An error occurred while updating Ignite Plus: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    Don’t know why. Help, please?

    Hey Todd,

    It looks like the license key was copied from the dev site to the production site, but not technically activated for our system to detect. What you can do is click the deactivate button and then reactivate it in the “Ignite Plus Dashboard.” Our system should then be aware of it and the update will process successfully.
