 * I stay using Ver. 3.4.2, because all the new versions I have tried with updating
   my sites keeps coming back with the below error.
 * Now I am using old MS IIS6, on an old Server 2k3 with PHP5 and MySQL 5.5
 * Any pointers would be great, testing now 3.6 Rc1 and I have not been able to 
   go beyond 3.4.2 and get anything to update.
 * An error occurred while updating Twenty Ten: The package could not be installed.
   PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:\WINDOWS\TEMP/twentyten.
   tmp’.

 * Try a manual update instead: [Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update](http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update)
 * The error you’re seeing is only to the Twenty Ten theme, not to WordPress as 
   a whole. Try deleting the theme folder and installing a clean copy from a fresh
   download as well.
