# Update Error

 * Hello,
 * I got a problem with updating the plugins, i can’t update any plugin anymore.
   I debugged it and the error is:
 * php is deprecated since version 5.5.0. Use wp-includes/PHPMailer/PHPMailer.php
   instead. The PHPMailer class has been moved to wp-includes/PHPMailer subdirectory
   and now uses the PHPMailer\PHPMailer namespace. in /www/wp-includes/functions.
   php on line 5273 Deprecated: class-smtp.php is deprecated since version 5.5.0.
   Use wp-includes/PHPMailer/SMTP.php instead. The SMTP class has been moved to 
   the wp-includes/PHPMailer subdirectory and now uses the PHPMailer\PHPMailer namespace.
 * i dont use any SMTP plugins.
 * anyone got a solution?
 * like to hear from u!

 * I think it was wordpress version 5.7.1 sadly i dont have a backup..

 * It is always suggested that before making any big change to a site, make a full
   backup
