Update email link doesn’t work

Hi,

When I put in an email that’s already in use it says “You’re already subscribed. To update your Mailchimp profile, please [link]click to send yourself an update link[/link]”

When I click on the link I can see that the link is mydomain.com/# – so nothing happens.

Site is under construction so not open.
Wondering if I’m doing something wrong in terms of this link?
