# Update don’t work

 * Hi I’ve tried to update plugin from 1.2.9 to 2.0.5 but I obtain this error message:
 * Update Failed: Could not copy file. wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator/
   wordpress-creation-kit-api/assets/js/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs/lang/_translationstatus.
   txt
 * Can anyone help me?

 * Thank you for reaching out to us.
 * My suggestion would be to [download](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator.2.0.5.zip)
   the latest version of WCK from WP and upload it via Cpanel or FTP inside wp-content/
   plugins.
 * You could rename the folder “wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator”
   into something else like “wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator(old)”.
   By renaming the folder we deactivate the old version. Now you can add the new
   version and then activate it.
 * If everything is ok you can delete the old version.
 * Let me know if you managed to update manually to the latest version.
