update date in xml files

How do I make sure that when importing, I first check if the file has been updated? If the date is new, then update. if the date has not changed, then do not update.

Are you wanting to cancel the import completely in the case that the import file hasn’t been updated? If so, you’d have to use custom PHP and our API.
