# Update corrupted installation

 * I had the Lite version running reasonably happily on a site but a recent upgrade
   has corrupted it making it impossible to save changes or create new forms. I 
   uninstalled the plugin but this was clearly not done cleanly as, upon reinstalling,
   the old forms were still present.
 * Of course, as it’s a free version, there’s no access to support so I have to 
   conclude that WP-Forms is unreliable and an alternative should be considered.

 * Why do you think there is no access to support? Did you look at the support forum?

   we actively monitor it.
 * With over 10,000 active installs we have no had any issues reported with upgrading.
 * I’d be more than happy to troubleshoot and investigate with you if you would 
   create a ticket in the support form.
