 * I really love Ninja forms; they are just so beautiful and easy to use!
 * I just had the opportunity to try the modal form plugin, and saw that the
    code
   on the WordPress.org Description page needs an update. It is missing _form (should
   be ninja_forms_modal_form) in both examples on that page. What’s there is: [ninja_forms_modal
   id=2 text_link”Click here to fill out out form”]

 * Hi, I just came on here to say the same thing. Really had me confused as I’d 
   previously used the same plugin successfully on another site using the code from
   [http://ninjaforms.com/documentation/extension-docs/modal-forms/](http://ninjaforms.com/documentation/extension-docs/modal-forms/)
   which is correct!
