Update changed all URL existing :(

    Hi,
    I need your help please !
    I’ve just make an update on my wordpress website. First, WordPress then download monitor.
    The problem is that it have changed all url existing !

    Before, URL seems like :
    http://www.estc.fr/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=154

    And Now like (for the same file) :
    http://www.estc.fr/download/12733/

    The ID has changed, so I can’t modify URL by endpoint.

    I can’t change all URL one by one on all my page because we have at least 200 pages, and 400 emails models with this old URL. It would take much work time.

    How can I restore at least the ID of all files, or create redirection from old to newers URL automatically ?

    Okay understood.

    You don’t care about us, it’s not your problem and you don’t take your shit v.4 update !

    I don’t need your services anymore because I’ve only worked two days on this.

    This is the end between download mirror and me 🙁

    Hey Brice,

    This is a free plugin so we would appreciate some patience. Our plugin has a process to update old shortcodes to the new format but it won’t change any URL’s that were manually added.

    Hi Harish,

    It would have been indispensable to mention this in the intro of the v4!
    Ok this is a free plugin, but you have a minimum of responsibility when you publish updates…
    I took two days behind on my work because of that.
    It’s good to know that for you for the next time.
