# Update causing form validation error. – One solution

 * After the update, I got validation errors.
 * After reading all the posts, I believe I was able to solve it with the following
   change:
 * in the Mail tab of the plugin contact form,
 * the From: box needs to have ONLY <wordpress@domainname.com> as the email account.
 * This necessitates you having an email account setup on your server for “wordpress”
   user.
 * Note to plugin author:
    It appears that when a required field is not filled out
   that the “validation” error shows. This is confusing and should be replaced by“
   You need to fill all REQUIRED fields.”
 * Apologies in advance if this doesn’t work or I misunderstood things.
