Update broke WP updates page – updates-core.php

I attempted to update the Comet Cache version using the WP admin Update, and it just hung and hung. Now when I click the link to the Update page, this is what I get (pasted below) – I’ve turned off ALL my plugins and still get this on my site – XXXXXXXX.com/wp-admin/update-core.php
