    Since the update to WooCommerce 2.3.5 the Flat Rate shipping seems to have broke, with “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” being in the shipping box on the cart.

    It’s not the countries settings, the site is set to sell to all countries and the flat rate shipping module is the only one that is enabled.

    Anybody got any ideas/suggestions here please. Woo-Commerce support are being hopeless, 3 days I’ve had a premium support request into them and not heard a dicky bird back and the shipping needs to be nack up and working, with me having gone through all the settings and searched every where and not been able to find a solution.

    Can anybody please help me with this, with Woo-Support suggesting yesterday that I update to WooCommerce 3.2.5 when it was that update that broke it, (clearly he didn’t even have a look at what version was installed in the WooCommerce Status Report), and suggest I check for plugin or theme conflicts, (something I did fist before contacting them).

    As I’ve said above, after the update to 3.2.5 when you add something to the cart it shows “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” in both the cart and checkout where the fixed cost of postage can be, with the settings being correct and no plugin or theme conflicts to be found.

    Even if you haven’t a suggestion on how to fix this, does anybody know a way of raising the level of a support request with Woo, what I’ve received so far, (especially for so called premium support), from them has been really really poor and I’d appreciate somebody who is actually going to have a look at the problem looking at it.

    I’ve also tried reinstalling WooCommerce 3.2.5 to no avail 🙁

    Help please – I’m scratching my head so much with this I’m going to end up with a bald patch, thank the Gods I’ve got plenty hair 🙂

    If it helps anybody come up with a solution, it is only the Fixed Rate module that shows “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”, all the other modules, (that are not usually used),show when activated, with it appearing the Fixed Rate Module just gets ignored, even if it is activated.

    I’ve managed to fix it for now by setting local delivery available everywhere and charging the fixed £15 for that.

    Was about to contact WooThemes support but I begin to wonder if that will help after reading your experience with support….

    Maybe this bump will be noticed by one of the support Ninja’s as I didn’t receive a reply either unfortunately.

    Be sure to double-check whether you’re adding costs based on specific shipping classes within the Flat Rate method. If you are, you need to make sure that each product you have available for sale is linked to a shipping class. If you have some products not linked to a shipping class, but you’re charging based on shipping classes, the checkout process won’t be able to determine the available method(s).
