No other special settings. It’s working fine. The only thing is, that after adding a comment via AJAX, the SCE timer is not showing up until reloading the page. I am using WP 5.0, but I have disabled Gutenberg and I am still using the old Classic Editor via plugin, as some other plugins I use are not ready for Gutenberg yet. I tested it on WP 5.0 with classic editor enabled and SCE enabled, and your translations showed up.
