Support » Plugin: WordPress Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare » Update breaks site navigation and icons are blurry

  • It was a very good plugin (admittedly its a paid for premium product). Then an update broke our website and disabled display of our main navigation! The update also displays blurry text and share icons. You provided some css I should use on my site to fix the navigation display problem and then never helped with the blurry icons. You have now completely ignored 6 further emails on the issue. Appalling and ignorant behaviour and I’ve wasted my money.

I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with the plugin or our attempts to help with troubleshooting. As mentioned in your support ticket, our ticket system had some issues and we received all 6 of your emails at once, at which time we provided a response as quickly as possible. Ultimately your purchase was refunded in full so I hope the outcome was satisfactory for you.

Actually no I am not happy. I have emailed repeatedly since then and not had a single reply. I still use the plugin and its blurry!

Hi again thudufushi! We’re committed to support all paid users and will work until the issue is resolved or deemed outside of our reach (in the case of the problem being with a theme or other unrelated plugin). Please submit all support requests via your Account page and be sure that you receive an email acknowledging your request has made it into our system.

Since your premium license was refunded, you no longer have access to our premium support system. We are happy to provide troubleshooting for the free base plugin via these forums; however, we are unable to provide support for the premium features since you are currently using them without a valid license.

That said, I would assume the blur on the icons is a theme conflict, as we haven’t had other reports of this issue. Are you able to activate a default theme such as Twenty Sixteen temporarily to see if the buttons are more crisp?
