Hi there, I currently have version 3.0.4 installed on the website, with a live pop-up ad advertising a offer on the homepage until 17th Novemeber, I have attempted to update the Popup Builder plugin and on the latest update, it simply displays a small pixl and that’s it! I have deactivated and installed the plugin on the latest update and have cleared my website cache but the problem is still there – Any suggestions on why it’s not working when I update to the latest release?

Dear @tomsenior856,

Could you, please, share a URL with the popup (with the new version) so we can check the issue live?
We checked your site URL and noticed that the plugin version there is 3.0.4, the latest one is 3.1.

This is a client’s website so I have had to roll the update back to 3.0.4 because the client is running a promotional sale until Saturday 17th November, so can’t really allow it to display a broken pop-up, I have a screenshot of how it looks when updated to 3.1, if you want me to send the screenshot to an email address?
