Update avatar on old comments

    Hi, I have imported some old articles along with their comments to my website.

    I have installed your plugin and added a profile picture for my account.

    Then I have changed my own old comments to my current email address.

    The problem is that these avatars next to the comments don’t get updated! They keep that old image.

    How can I update the avatars of all my old comments, linked to my current email address, with my new uploaded profile picture?

    Thank you for reaching out to Stranger Studios and for using Basic User Avatars. I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing, I will need more information to help you troubleshoot this.

    Are you still experiencing this issue or have you made any progress on it at all? Do new comments from your user work correctly or does it also show the previous profile image?

    Are these comments the default WordPress comments and what profile picture system were you using was it Gravatar or a generated one that WordPress provides or another plugin?

    I had tried to test this with the default comment system WordPress provides on posts by using a generated image for my comment and then installed Basic User Avatar and updated my image using this plugin and all my comments were updated.
