    Problem:

I have a lot of prices to input, as it is not a reguar ecom site, you choose a variety of options.. I probably have over 1000 or 2000 prices to input on each product..

They were added excluding vat, now I need to increase the price by 20%, as not charging vat currently is there a way I can do without having to do manually which will be too daunting of a task..

    Thanks.

When I get a few products up in BW I can only see single price and it’s 0, like I say I have 100+ for each products because you choose lots of options for each product which determines the price.

The fields you show in the screenshot are not part of the WooCommerce plugin so they are being provided by another plugin.

Do you know which plugin you have installed that adds these fields to your site? Let me know and I will see if this is something we have available in the Pro version.

I would not know.. Will said plugin be listed on installed plugins? A dev made it, and now he won’t work on the site anymore, long story. But I need to get this sorted as siye is being delayed..

    Thanks for quick reply!

It would appear under Plugins -> Installed Plugins. You could also send the Active Plugins list from the WooCommerce Status Report.

Click on WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report. Copy/paste the section regarding Active Plugins (no need to send the entire report).

    What you think mate?

I don’t see anything that jumps out as being responsible for those fields. It sounds like your developer may have created a custom solution for those fields. Unfortunately it sounds like our plugin won’t be able to help out here, especially since it looks like those fields are dynamically added per-product.

Haven’t heard back so I’m closing this thread but let us know if we can help with anything else. Best of luck with your store!
