 * After updating to Cerber ver 9.8 using the WordPress Updates process, this file
   was deleted and not replaced.

 * On a second website, I could see that the file was there before the update and
   missing after the update.
 * >>> Is using the prior version of that file an acceptable work around until the
   next update?
