Other websites (same server, same setup) are currently fine running version 4.1.8.

Error log from when I updated to version 4.1.9.3 (modified to remove website name and client IP/port):

  • Same here, the update broke our site with the same error message.

We’re on PHP 8 if that matters. What’s your PHP version @tinkerjet?

    Hi, @pikamander2

    Also PHP 8 here.

I disabled the effects of the plugin by logging into the back end and commenting out all of the code in public_html > wp-content > plugins > all-in-one -seo-pack > all_in_one_seo_pack.php

I’m hoping for a swift update to fix the code so it’ll run properly again.

I just checked and it looks like 4.1.9.1 is also bugged.

As a workaround, I went to https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/advanced/ and downloaded 4.1.8 and uploaded it via FTP, then disabled automatic plugin updates.

Hopefully the plugin will be fixed soon.

    Hi @tinkerjet

I’m happy to inform we have just released version 4.1.9.4 which fixes the error you’re seeing, so you won’t be needing a beta version.

Would be so kind as to update to 4.1.9.4? That’ll fix it!

    Thank you!
