Just update to wordpress 3.9 and composing a new post and found that some buttons are missing any also ultimate tinyMEC button are missing…

Yes.
After you update your website to WordPress version 3.9.. you will want to switch to using WP Edit:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-edit/
