• We use your plugin incl. Pro extensions on two websites. After the update to version 2, nothing worked anymore. We have switched back.
    Today I tested version 2.06 and the result was a “white screen of death”. Could this be because the other Pro extensions are not on the latest version?

    What do you suggest we do to get the update working? Wait for version 2.1, as already suggested here?

    Yes, what you’re asking is definitely possible! Please make sure that both the base plugin and the Pro add-ons are updated to the latest versions. The Advanced Ads base plugin 2.0.x isn’t compatible with older add-on versions, so having everything up-to-date is important.

    We’ve put together a guide with all the update options here, and I recommend following those steps carefully and always having a backup of your site. If anything doesn’t go as expected, you can always roll back then and reach out to us via the support form on our website (“other issue” form). Every request is seen, and we genuinely do our best to begin working on a solution as soon as we can. That said, depending on the situation, the complexity of the issue and how many tickets are coming in, there might be a period of wait before we can offer a fix.
