It is very odd as I was able to replicate it on the staged site. I contacted my hosting support that run a comprehensive site scan and found no threats or malware. Now it is possible that the creation script was part of a different plugin and was installed on an earlier date waiting to be activated on the plugin update.

I found the culprit!
It is the GDPR Framework plugin that was updated a week ago!
I will now investigate why they do that.

Disable Comment is a pretty simple plugin, been maintain wonderfully by the previous developer, I just took over the maintenance, and could ensure you, it’s well balanced, and properly tested, with no junk code or weird things.
