Support » Fixing WordPress » Unwanted table grid appears after adding bullet points

  • A table grid (2 row x 2 column) appears on the displayed page after bullet points are added. The position the grid is displayed varies for each post making it difficult to identify the reason. Have reconstructed a page one step at a time and the grid appears after the bullet points are added to the content. I disabled Deans CK editor but that didn’t fix the problem as it still happens with the standard editor. Can’t see anything unusual in the source html for the page to suggest a table has been added yet it shows when the page is displayed. Here is a link to a page where the problem is happening – the unwanted table grid displays over the Meta info in the right sidebar towards the bottom

    Any suggestions please?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
