When I configure the email settings of a form and and I save the configuration, slashes(\) are automaticly added right before apostrophes (‘) in the email message. For example, “Client’s Name” becomes “Client\’s Name” when I click save. It will add even more slashes if I save it again, making it become “Client\\\’s Name” and so on. Please help if you can!

    Hi,

Please update it to the latest release and it should sort out the problem.

We fixed it in the latest release.

    Thanks

That’s weird. It seems like I have the latest version (I clicked “Check for Updates” on the plugins page for Contact Bank Eco Version and it said it is up to date). The problem, however, still occurs!
