I was able to identify the numbers of the “problematic” badges: 7420, 7421, 7422, 4337, 7150.
I can disable them, and they disappear. Problem is, there’s no rhyme or reason. They’re set up exactly the same as other banners. Doesn’t feel right that it’s just somehow these specific IDs, especially since the number or “SALE” signs increased from 2 to 5 upon WordPress and Woocommerce update.
Hi,
Please provide screenshots of the edit page of label #7420
Lets try to find the reason of the issue.

What optimization/cache plugins do you have? There are plugins that clear database fields as not needed while not knowing what it is. For example Divi theme is using in-line CSS styles while WP Rocket plugin has optimization option that removes in-line CSS. As you can guess many styles became broken when that option is on.
Our plugin is not saving automatically labels. Label’s data could be removed only with some other plugin/theme.

Using WP Fastest Cache. Pretty standard Storefront theme setup. Really need to resolve this. Would you recommend I just disable those and create new ones? Regardless, why would 5 labels with no category settings appear on all products?

I meant no assigned categories in conditions.

Hi Dmytro,
In the meantime I’ve got it under control. I just created new badges and disabled the problematic ones.
There was one of the 5 that, when I created a new version, it also showed on every product, so i disabled that as well. Next attempt worked.
So good news. Would still like to know what causes that problem, because this has happened a few times.
Thanks.
Hi,
We will check WP Fastest Cache
for possible issues with our plugin.
Are you using siteground hosting? Do your hosting has some cache or other optimization tools? If yes – please tell me the name of the hosting.
