Support » Plugin: Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder » Unwanted Page Title and Footer on 404 Page

  • Not sure what I missed, but changing the options on the Single “404 Page” didn’t seem to do away with them.

I’ve also enabled the Blank Page setting on General Page > 404 Error.

  • This is a pro question and you can receive paid support for on there site. BUT I can offer this for you.

This must be done by creating a 404 template type make sure it says 404 in the instance type under single tab then excluding that page from your custom footer template. If you are not using the header footer builder feature of pro then This will be controlled in the theme options.

    Hi Jeremiah,

My site’s running on the Pro version and I thought I could consult the forums first before going for their support.

I realized that there are two ways to create a footer:
    1) Elementor > My Templates
    2) Theme Panel > My Library (I used this)

Based on your suggestion, would the same be possible for point #2?
