unwanted meta data in gallery

  • davidowenstudio.com
I do not want the meta data of each image in a gallery displayed under the title. I have found the PHP code that prints this to screen (image.php) but I do not know how to modify the code to not display the data and hence have the title appear above the image without excessive space. Please advise. Thanks!

  • You mean this kind of information:

    Meta

    ?

if you are talking about that information there are two ways to solve this problem. First one – to change the code. but if you are using wordpress dashboard – there is one simple way: just go to your wordpress dashboard, go to appearence – > widgets, and remove Meta widget fromm footer by presing ‘Remove’ or by draging that widghet to Inactive widgets place 🙂
