Unwanted db backups via email

    Suddenly we are receiving “Attached is the backup file for the database powering …” emails, even though we either turn db backup completely off or choose “save locally only” for Specto Design. Sometimes 10 emails at a time when we switch between db backup settings, sometimes once a week. It seems to email the same copy of the db backup several times, not unique backups.

    How is this possible?

    It still happens for us after the last upgrade, now in a different way. Sometimes after a version upgrade of iThemes Security the DB backup section is marked as not enabled even though emails with backups are being sent.

    Thanks, I tried this and unfortunately it didn’t help. It appears that after 1 day the db backup setting are disabled and we still receive 2 emails with a db backup every few days.
