    Hello

I had a problem with my wamp server while developing a site on my computer, so I used Duplicator to backup my site. I uninstalled wamp64 and reinstalled a fresh one. I wanted to restore my site back onto the fresh wamp install, but using Duplicator will not work to restore the site.

I have tried every tutorial, video….everything over the last three days and nothing worked. The installer said I have a problem with the file in the root of the wamp server. I checked and the file has somehow been changed from a .zip to a .zip.tmp and I have no idea how to change it back, or convert it to .zip.

Once, early on, I was able to get through everything and hit Rest Permalinks and it took me to the login page for the site, but no matter what I did, the page would not login me in, even with my original login details, Changing the login details in the localhost installer page step 2. New Admin Account, did nothing to help.

Somehow my backup file is now .zip.tmp and will not work with duplicator. Is there another way to restore my site back onto my wamp server?

    Thank you.
