Google tells me these are unused CSS.

    oceanwp/assets/css/third/font-awesome.min-4.7.0.css
    oceanwp/assets/css/style.min.1.6.4.css
    ocean-extra/assets/css/widgets-ee2c0cd….css

Is there a way I can tell what JS/CSS feature these are from in case I can turn off that item in the Theme Panel?

    Thanks

  • Hello,

I didn’t understand it clearly. If you want to disable it, then turn it off from the Scripts & Styles tab under the Theme Panel.

I am not sure what these css files are used for really. If they tie to a specific feature I am not using in the theme then I can turn a few off maybe.

First css file – icon used forthe social sharing buttons and other places
Second css file – minified css file of the oceanwp theme
Third css file – stylesheet for oceanwp widgets such as Mailchimp, tags, social icons, about me etc.

    Hope it clears your query.

So is there a plugin or feature I can turn off if I do not need the third one?

I don’t know if there is a plugin to do this but you can give a try to Perfmatters plugin.
