TinyMCE doesn't work on Edit existing post by author!

    Hi,

    On my site: Only admin can use TinyMCE on both Add New and edit an existing post.

    The editor work well If an editor or author user Add a new post, but when he edits an existing post – the TinyMCE doesn’t work anymore and it get back to the WP default editor with the content of the post in white and some ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ line.

    Anyone faced this issue before, please share with me how you fix it?
