# Unusable slow

 * I like to concept of this plugin. Unfortunately, I cannot use it.

 * Is a particular page or report very slow? Eg when you go to “Matomo => Summary”
   or some reports in the reporting page? Also can you maybe quantify how “slow”
   it is? Like how long does it take to load that specific part? Be great to let
   us know so we can maybe understand things better.

   the issue is resolved as I haven’t heard from you in a while or maybe you’re
