    Couldn’t get as far as to use it in order to give an accurate review. The site and it’s plan structure is somewhat confusing and I’m currently in a pinch.

    I am really sorry that we just got 2 stars for something allegedly related to our website – well, better have a bad review for the site than the product itself 😉

    Our website is quite standard and the pricing/feature page too,
    we never had complains like that.

    Of course something can be unclear but hey, support is meant to help users figure things out, I am so sorry that you gave us no chance to help you at all.
