    Hi –

    I used Malcare successfully on another site, so when my own site got hacked I installed it and tried to use it, but when I click on Dashboard I get:

    “Unsyncable Site” on a white screen.

    What does this mean?

    Better to change security plugin.. After more than a week, I’m still waiting for a support answer..

    Hey Mari,

    Apologies for the delay. I search for your website in our systems but I am unable to see the website being added to our Dashboard.

    Could you please send us an email on support@malcare.com and we will fix this issue on the website and help you clean the malware as well.
