Unsuscribe from topics does not work

Hello,

I had suscribed to this topic, long ago and lately I unsuscribed. I did this several times, and I still receive messages. I have first ticked unsuscribe the topic and unsuscribe all topics, but I keep receiving all mails.

Please, can a Happyness Engineer fix it?
