    Hi,

We can’t update some Woocommerce products. We have a multisite and we get this error on random products:

Facebook voor WooCommerce-fout: Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘8108634572495346’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    How do we solve this?

Fixed it kind of. In a product you can reset de product facebook meta values. After clicking on it and updating the product it works for me.

Thanks for reaching out. From what I gather, some instances where this still occurs remain? Otherwise, kindly elaborate further on what you mean, please.

Coincidently, a few hours ago, I was responding to a thread reporting the same issue.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. You can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @keeslamper

Thanks for sending the System Status Report.

As you’ve mentioned above that you were able to fix it somehow by resetting the facebook meta values, is that correct?

Can you please share if you are still experiencing any issues on your end afterwards?

If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
