Hi! I’m having an issue with a ‘customer registration’ form that I created some time ago. It worked just fine for quite a while on several random test runs. But, now when the form is submitted, it refreshes the page, hides the form, and doesn’t create a user as it was designed to.

I’ve duplicated the form and tried it on different devices and browsers and pages and it does the same thing. I believe the last time I had this issue I was guided by the support team to just build a new one from scratch.

Is this the only rational approach to fixing the issue? If so, what other form builder would you recommend that might be more reliable?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Re-creating the form every time is not a good approach, we should try to look into why it is happening.

Could you please export your form and share it here using Google drive so we can try to replicate it?

Hi @jhutson323,

Thanks for sharing the form export. I tested the form on my test site and it worked fine without any issues.

This looks more related to a conflict. Since I don’t see you mention about running a conflict test.

Could you please run a conflict test and see whether you are able to replicate the same issue if all the plugins are temporarily disabled except Forminator and with a default WP theme active?

You can test the above in a staging site. Could you please let us know how that goes so that it would help in giving a better idea regarding the issues noticed?
