Unsubscribe Link not working

    I am evaluating this plugin for a client. All seems well, except clicking the unsubscribe link in an email throws an error: “Oops.. There was some technical error. Please try again later or contact us.”. There are no errors in the server error log.

    This site uses OKTA for single sign on authentication. Disabling that plugin did not help. Version 3.4.10

    staging14.resultsbydesign.com, but it is not published, and not available to the public. Is there anything else I can provide?

    I tried accessing your website but it asked for authentication.
