# Unsubscribe link?

 * Hi,
 * Some of the customers complained that they don’t want to receive email reminders
   and that there isn’t an option to unsubscribe. I don’t see any shortcode or setting
   in the plugin that would give us the option for customers to unsubscribe from
   emails. 
   Am I missing something or is this option just not there?

 * Thanks for using CusRev.
 * If you are using the Free version, and you want to have an unsubscribe link in
   the review reminder email, you can follow steps below:
 * – go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Switch the Verified Reviews
   option to Independently verified
    – go to Emails tab > Review Reminder > Mailer:
   CusRev AWS
 * There is an unsubscribe link at the footer of the review reminder email when
