# Unsubscribe Issue

 * Hello,
 * I created two pages for unsubscribe confirmation and success pages and placed[
   mailpoet_page] shortcde inside the Gutenberg. I use Oxygen builder but I did 
   not render the page with Oxygen template.
 * I also assigned those pages in the settings of Mailpoet. When the user clicks
   unsubscribe in the email, the unsubscribe confirmation page displays correctly
   with a link to unsubscribe and when user clicks the link the success page also
   shows the message “Accidentally unsubscribed? Link to subscription management
   page is only available to mailing lists subscribers.”
 * However, I can still see the user subscribed in the list on the backend. This
   user is non-WP user.
 * Could you please help?
