Unsubscribe from a forum

Help! I seem to have some how subscribed to a forum and am receiving 10 ish emails a day!. I cant see how to stop them but it’s being going on for the past month or so. When I click the link in the email I can see the thread but there’s no where to click unsubscribe in fact quite the opposite it says “subscribe to this plufin” . I’ve also made sure that there’s no tick in the box asking for an email when a reply is received. It only from the one support topic which is so fastest cache plugin. Every time some one asks a question or a reply is give I receive an email. Please please can someone help as I really have got to stop this happening. Thanks in advance

You don’t seem to be subscribed to any.

Check the wp-fastest-cache plugin forum to be doubly sure: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-fastest-cache

if it says “unsubscribed”, click that. Otherwise, you’re OK now.

Thanks for your very quick reply. That’s what I see too but every day im receiving 5-10 emails into my inbox from the wp fastest cache forum. It’s just driving me up the wall as well as filling up my inbox!
Let’s hope they stop

I just did the thing that should clear that forum’s cache of subscribers, so I think (hope) that should clear it for you.

Hey everyone,
sorry to say that I’m experiencing a similar issue with the wpforms lite support forum (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/).
The unsubscribe button doesn’t work (keeps saying “unsubscribe”), in my profile under subscriptions it says I don’t have any. Still I’m getting about 10 mails a day with rating notifications.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
