 * Are you referring to email notifications sent to the admin when a subscriber 
   unsubscribes?

 * No, what I mean is if someone unsubscribes, they will be sent an email notification
   that they unsubscribed successfully.

 * When someone unsubscribes they won’t receive any email – they will see a confirmation
   screen from your website though.
